Feb. 5, 2007 – Bethany Bachelor has joined Passarella & Associates, Southwest Florida’s premier full-service ecological consulting firm. As the 19th ecologist on staff, Bachelor provides consulting services for private developments, public initiatives and transportation projects. She also performs state, federal and local wetland jurisdictional determinations, environmental construction inspections, environmental-impact and ecological assessments, listed species surveys and wetlands monitoring.

A native of West Palm Beach, Bachelor earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of Florida, and is studying for a master’s degree in environmental science from Florida Gulf Coast University. From 2003 through 2006, she served as an intern with South Florida Water Management District, where she was responsible for data management and analysis for the Picayune Strand restoration projects. She is a member of the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals.

Passarella & Associates was founded in 1996 and now has the largest staff of professional ecologists and environmental scientists in Southwest Florida.
